All orders will be shipped within 5 working days of manufacture completion. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Postal Service, all UK delivery options require you to sign for your delivery. Upon delivery, it is your obligation to check the quantity and general condition of the parcels as well as ensuring the total consignment is listed as correct before you sign for the package. Please be aware that Amber L Snow cannot be held responsible for any unlikely damage made to the package incurred by Royal Mail, but will assist in the complaints process should a claim be made to Royal Mail.
You can expect to receive your item within 3 working days of dispatch. Please be aware that Amber L Snow cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by Royal Mail.
You will receive shipment information regarding your order in your “Item Completed and Shipped” Email, which will enable you to track your package if applicable and ensure you are available to accept the delivery.
If you are unavailable when the goods are delivered, a calling card will be left, advising the collection or re-delivery process. If you fail to act on this in the stated time, the goods will be returned to Amber L Snow where you will be required to repeat the shipping costs plus an additional £10.00 before the goods can be sent again.
If you require a specific time of postage or an express service, please contact Amber L Snow Via thebigyellowbag@gmail.com. Please note additional charges may apply for specific postal services.
Returns & Exchanges:
You may cancel an order Via Email confirming a cancellation or exchange in writing, to thebigyellowbag@gmail.com. Please note, Returns or Exchanges will be considered or accepted by this method ONLY. In addition, if the item is Pre-Order/Made-to-order/Made-to-measure you may only be able to cancel the order BEFORE it is shipped providing that the garment hasn’t been made yet or altered yet.
If you receive an item and wish to refund or exchange it you must inform Amber L Snow in writing, Via the provided Email address within 5 days of receiving your order and before any items are returned to the studio. Upon receiving a refund or exchange request Via Email, Amber L Snow will then provide you with the return shipment address and instructions on how to return your item accordingly.
Returns for refunds and exchanges must be sent back to the studio within 7 days of being received unless the item has become faulty, which allows 28 days from receiving your item.
All Items are thoroughly checked before shipment however if a manufacturing fault is apparent, please contact Amber L Snow Via thebigyellowbag@gmail.com as soon as you receive the item. Items will only be considered as faulty if a manufacturing defect is present. A replacement order or full refund will be available to select from. The appropriate refund process will commence Via PayPal within 20 days of receiving the order back to the Studio.
Return postage will not be covered by Amber L Snow unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case both the outbound and return postage will be reimbursed during the refund process.
All items must be sent back recorded delivery, Please be advised that if the goods are not received back, a refund or exchange cannot be issued.
If you cancel your order in respect of these terms, and providing items are received back in their unworn original condition and packaging, save for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments, non-faulty Items will be refunded or exchanged for the full amount stated when purchased. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Any items returned back that have been damaged during their time in the buyers possession will not qualify for a Return or Exchange. It is the buyers’ responsibility to inspect and adequately package the returned goods so that it arrives back to the studio undamaged. Please note that Amber L Snow reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items which have not met these required conditions or show signs of being worn. Any items that have been made according to your precise measurements i.e. made-to-measure or any ‘custom designs’ are not eligible for a refund and Amber L Snow may also refuse.
Please note for items being exchanged, the full manufacture process may be repeated to construct the new replacement item. Please allow up to 7 weeks from the date the goods are received back to the studio for the replacement item to be manufactured and shipped.

Permission from Amber-Louise Snow MUST be sought after before any official and unofficial images are taken from any business or personal outlet of Amber-Louise Snow. Legal action will be taken against any party found to be infringing the Copyrights and Design Rights of Amber-Louise Snow, infringements will be sued or prosecuted if the dispute is not resolved and amended immediately.
